Topical medicine is applied directly to the skin. Ointments such as EMUAID® are effective for fungal conditions such as nail fungus, as evidenced by the many positive EMUAID® reviews for nail fungus. Antifungal cream is known as a topical medicine. Pills, sprays and cream are all available to treat various types of fungus. I continued to use the product for a couple weeks after that and have had no problems since. But to my amazement, It continued to clear up with each day and by about day 5 it almost looked as if there was no infection at all. I thought at first that it was just somehow holding more moisture from the product and was as a result looking more translucent. After the second day of using the emuaid with a Q-tip in the same manner, I noticed that the nail looked much clearer. After the 2 weeks I had seen no improvement at all and if anything, it had gotten worse. I used the tea tree oil for two weeks, applying it 3 times a day with a Q-tip and rubbing it thoroughly into the nail. Before I had tried the emuaid product I first tried tea tree oil after reading of how it was a good natural fungicide and comments from other people on how it worked for them. It had been going on for about 3 or 4 months and the toenail was all white, crusty and gnarly looking. I used this product after developing a fungal infection on only one toe, which happened to be the middle toe on my left foot.
This was the worst thing to ever battle and it has been about a year and a half. I love doing my nails ( now I do my nails myself at home ) and having them polished. I didn't want to get a prescription for the toenail fungus or have a podiatrist take off the nail. What a great product that I will continue to use and keep around just in case. It has a ways to go to grow all the way out with the nail attached. I'm continuing to use the cream just to be safe. It is all healed and I'm just waiting for the nail to grow out. Then I took a wooden cuticle stick and was shoving the emuaidMAX under the nail, around the cuticle and around the edges of the nail. I soaked it it the Listerine and Vinegar and tried to dig out all the black that I could with a special nail tool.

It is on my big toenail and the nail had separated from the skin all the way down to the quick but stayed attached. I have been using it and the fungus is pretty much gone.
I just got the emuaidMAX the beginning of April. I had gone a few weeks without soaking it and it had gotten way worse. I was using Tea Tree Oil, Soaking in Vinegar and Listerine, Iodine and Peroxide, and even Vicks Vaporub. I have been fighting this fungus for over a year. I had acquired a toenail fungus when I was getting a pedicure. I just wanted to tell you what an amazing product the emuaidMAX is and how it worked so quickly.
